Pepperlane Products like many great things, came from humble beginings. What started as a family Christmas-time snack has grown to a family-owned full-time business. Jalapeno jelly was anything but common by any means in the late 1980's but Michele Trover always loved bringing new experiences, flavor and flair to her familys holiday gatherings. Her family and friends were introduced to this "condiment with a kick" over a block of cream cheese and crackers. Later it was included as a "secret" ingredient in many of her gourmet recipes, barbeque marinades, and glazes. It wasn't long before everyone wanted a jar of the green stuff for their next gathering. Word spread, orders started coming in by the case, and in 1990 Pepperlane Products was established in the mountains of Wanship, Utah.
Today Pepperlane Products serves its original Jalapeno Preserves as well as its many other flavors to restaurants, chefs, and gourmet cooks around the world. Try them all and let us know what your favorite is and what creative things your doing with it in your own recipes.
