RECIPE OF THE MONTH

Pepperlane Sweetheart Almond Sugar Cookies

Makes about 2 dozen sandwich cookies

¾ cup butter, softened

1 3oz. package cream cheese, softened

1 cup sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

½ teaspoon almond extract

1 large egg

2 ½ cups all purpose flour

¾ cup toasted ground toasted almonds

Your choice of Pepperlane Preserves (we chose our

Razpepper  for this month, it seemed appropriate!)
