We guarantee you will be completely satisfied with our product.  If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, send the unused portion back postage prepaid within 30 days of purchase and we will refund 100% of your purchase price.

Shipping Information:

Once an order is placed and all your information is correct, we ship within 2-3 days after the order has been received. You will receive an email confirmation of your order, shipping confirmation and approximate time of arrival.

If you have ordered a gift basket we will make it up to your specifications at the time it is ordered.  Please allow 2-3 days after receipt of order before shipping.

Pepperlane will ship Priority Mail. Please allow 2 business days for shipping unless other shipping arrangements have been made

If there is a question about the order we will call or email you before charging your credit card and shipping your order.

When submitting an order form by mail or fax, please confirm all your information needed to ship on the order form. If purchasing as a gift, please make sure you include a phone number, message to read and what occasion the gift is for.
